We deliver our goods every day except Sunday and holidays. Delivery time, with the service of “Nova Poshta”, is 1-3 days depending on the destination. You should produce the declaration number( which was sent you by SMS after delivery) and your passport or other document that can confirm your person to receive the parcel.

*Delivery with “Nova Poshta”.

The goods are sent you to the office which is convenient for you in your city. Delivery time is 1-3 days.

*Delivery with “UkrPoshta”

Delivery time is 2-5 days.

Delivery cost is 10-25 UAN. It is sent after prepayment.

*Worldwide delivery

The parcel can be sent with “UkrPoshta” or with other delivery company by agreement.

Delivery time is 10-30 days. Specify the delivery cost in every individual case. Worldwide delivery is made only after 100% prepayment.

It`s important! Delivery expenses assume the customer.

Delivery order

You can make an order directly on the article page. If you want to do it, go to the article page and click “add to the cart”. After that choose the way of delivery and delivery payment, agree with the terms of service and fill in your personal data. Within a few hours our manager connect you to specify the order and coordinate delivery and payment details.

Payment can be made by:

Prepayment – 100% prepayment or payment on account to Privat Bank card in any Privat Bank office with the help of self-service terminal or at the cash desk.

Cash on delivery: upon receipt of the article in the delivery service office. In this case you pay money-sending fee according to the tariffs of the delivery service.

Exchange and return of the goods

According to the Law of Ukraine “On customers` protection” from 13 January 2006, if our article didn`t fit you for any reason you can exchange or return it during 14 days from the moment of your payment. The article must be of proper quality, not used or worn and in its original package. If you want to return the article you should send it back informing the reason of return beforehead. Money for the goods will be returned after we`ll have received the article and approved its entirety. You should also keep all papers related to the return. Money for the article will be returned you during 14 days by remittance to your personal account.

It`s important!

The seller takes the expenses related to the returning of the goods due to the improper performance of entered obligations. Any other returning expenses takes the customer.
